Return/Refund Policy
A Receipt is required for return or exchange. Within 30 days from original date of purchase. Refunds will be provided in the same tender that the purchase was paid in: Cash may be refunded in cash, or, dependant upon the amount, may be provided to the customer by cheque. Cheques, if cleared after 10 days, will be refunded by cheque, Debit and credit cards will be refunded to the original card.
We cannot accept returns or cancellations of custom orders already in production. Undelivered custom orders are subject to a cancellation fee, which covers a reasonable estimate or materials and work already expended by OZ Merchandising Inc. The date on which the cancellation notice is received will dictate the conditions to be applied. All changes to orders, requests for returns or refunds must be submitted to our Sales Department in writing as follows:

Exchanges for products may be made within 30 days from original date of purchase. Exchanges will be offered for the same service or product. For product, an exchange may be made of the same product only of equal value (at the discretion of the Sales Manager) and is subject to the availability of the product.
