	The OZDome was recently approached by a small start up company with a limited budget that wanted to find a convenient location to host a MEGA Children's Consignment Sale event twice a year. The company works with many non-profit organizations (ChildFind, Snowsuit Fund, Ottawa Foodbank, Skates4Kids and the Salvation Army) and are very active within the community. We were fortunate enough to be able to book them and the event was extremely successful with approximately 1000 people passing through the Dome over the course of the weekend! 	I would like to express big thank you to the staff of the restaurant, management and yourself for helping out with the party. It was a great success! The food, snacks and drinks were in abundance and great! Everything was ready and on-time! The restaurant staff were very caring and accommodating, and provided great service to all of us and kids really really enjoyed the game at the end of the party! The feedback from parents that I got was that many have never been before to the facility or have not heard about it. They found the venue great and safe for kids to party and play the daughter's name] and her friends will have lasting memories and they are all talking about the party and soccer game on facebook and other social networks! So, well done...I will also pass the word around! Thanks again. We hope one day to come back to your facility.

	I attended a birthday party last Sunday with my children for [customer name]... I wanted to pass on a Very Big Thank you! The gentleman... looking after the party, bringing the meals (which was very good), cake etc. was so gracious and something sadly enough that we do not experience these days. The extra effort made with my kids will not be forgotten and I will be telling all of my friends that the treatment received by all at the party, especially myself, was above normal standards. We also received a little soccer ball as a parting gift... all it took to make my son happy was the effort put out by yourself and your staff. Thanks again.

	This is a very short letter to show my gratitude for your indoor soccer facility. This summer I was asked to play soccer with the other Oldtimers. Not knowing what to expect, I have been very pleased, so much so that I eagerly await my Friday evenings out. What surprised me the most was the atmosphere after each game. There seems to be a strong feeling of camaraderie, fellowship and bonding that occurs in the lounge during our post-game discussions -- which can sometimes go well into the evening. Being a business owner and having food and beverage operation experience, I thought I would let you know that your General Manager is doing a fantastic job. Keeping the league running smoothly while providing an appropriate menu selection is a very difficult task to accomplish. Congratulations and thank you.
