Refund Policy for OZ Dome customers

Leagues
It is our policy that OZ Merchandising Inc. does not offer refunds to teams already placed on the schedule to play at the OZ Dome. If a Team Registration Form is received but the team has not yet been scheduled, a refund can be arranged at the discretion of the General Manager.

Rental Bookings
OZ Merchandising Inc. does not offer refunds for any booking that are made within 30 days of the booking date. Multiple/consecutive bookings require thirty days, written notice for request of change, complete, or partial cancellation. Refunds will be given under the discretion of the General Manager.

Events/Parties
A $100.00 deposit is required when the party or event is booked to secure the booking. A refund will be possible up to 10 days before the event.
